Team structures are not better compared to other edtech companies. It’s good for freshers to learn new skills and move on to other companies with good packages.

Appraisal will be hold at the last minutes, for senior there is no chances of new learning.

Career Growth is slow and there are very limited things to learn. If you're looking for a company with decent pay then this one is perfect.
