Nothing pays people least amount of money and needs to be work done of 2-3 people Nothing else

Dislikes

Very poor interviewers , even the manager and ownera don't want you to hier good people New joinee training -they never Heard about it 😳 Scrap merchant have good quality laptops than they provide us 24*7 work nothing to do with your leaves approved you have to work company Hired me for some extra work when this is done fired me with out notice period 😭

Location is good , near local station vashi , mumbai in front of inorbit mall.

Its not a place for womens , only workoholics can sustain there. No specific rules and regulatations . Appraisal doesnt happen , politics is high,

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
