All are excellent but one sad thing is no security to the employees ,,,,it is painful to remove suddenly everything without giving any information 😢

Great company, facilities is good, salary on time, created job in crisis time like covid 19

Company the brand is good and fantastic All is ok... Just one thing the Area Manager thinks they are the owner of the company, if you do not give them alcohol party then u are enemy and then leg pulling taunting game starts.. in briefing my area manager used to insult to other staff even he can't speak English and right an email we use to do for him and he ask us to right his name at end.. How can brand like ola can higher such an illiterate staffs.

Worst work culture...Saturday Working...Will not pay single rupee for Holiday working...No proper management ...Hire and fire company...Shout on colleagues on floor by managers ...No proper coordinates with the employees ...No Hikes from last 1 an half year ..No work life balance...No personal life...Worst people to work with...No ethics...No team outing....Some times need to work on Sundays...with out extra may...( I'm the best example)

...anagement use abusive language. Company will fire you anytime no job securities.Salary is not paid.

Very toxic atmosphere, very poor management, they fire people when they are sick, zero job security.

Over all ola Sucks . We didn't knw when they will do ramp down ,u probably laid off in 6 months or before your appraisals.

They dodnt give appraisals ,before your appraisals they laid off the employees.Its is a regular practice there.
