Compensation in initial stages is good. Overall the company culture is good compared to other PSUs.

Dislikes

Stagnancy after reaching mid level in management. No performance related promotions. Postings in remote locations. No variety in work.

Facilities provided by company are good. Still need some imrovement as per the standard. Medical facility is exceptional.

Dislikes

Appraisal policies are not fair. No salary hike based on performance. Career growth is too slow. Need to cope up with higher technologies and provide related trainings.

...e benefits they offer are incomparable. A perfect work life balance example. Even the pay for freshers is more than any other. The work environment is chilled out here. No hush hush like Private companies. The increment is fixed for everyone unlike private. Safest for women to work here.

Dislikes

There is no disadvantage as such. The openings occur quite less once in few years. There are no jobs for computer and IT diploma students. You will be promoted once in 6yrs which is a drawback. If you are expecting a huge hike or post upgrade then it’s not for you. So the growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Job security is very good, one can be very sure even after performing very badly they won't be fired. Work culture is fair,not something to boast about. Management doesn't look at making life easy for field going employees, they only consider monetary benefits as good perks. Overall job is satisfactory for those who are not too ambitious about future & money but more about easy life & job security. Medical benefits are very good.

Dislikes

HR policies are not as per requirement, pay anomalies in many levels, not enuf scope for career development or monitory benifit. Transfer policy is very bad & not at all transparent, easy or beneficial.
