'In my experience, The manager's satisfaction seems to depend solely on whether you prioritize yourwork over everthing else in your personal life, inluding family and personel commitments. As long as you work in this manner, thing go smoothly, However, if you don't, there,s no job security, appreciation, or pay raises. Eventually, you may find yourself sidelined from important projects and opportunities.

The company exploits its employees without hesitation, withholding salaries for months and completely disregarding appraisals. Management is incompetent and indifferent, setting unrealistic goals and expectations with no regard for work-life balance. There is no HR department to raise these concerns, and projects are a disorganized mess. Developers are forced to work with an outdated technology stack on painfully slow, obsolete devices, making productivity a constant struggle. The entire work environment is toxic and demoralizing.
