Nothing, the company is a big scam. They actually don’t have funds to give to employees and they keep on hiring new people. There is no appreciation for any effort from employee’s side. By joining this company you should forget about your personal life and your family because they will give you work at night and ask you to complete it during night only. And even after working for 18 hrs you should be present at right time in office the following day.

Dislikes

Everything is dislikable, there is no HR activities, negative work environment, you cannot even laugh for 5 secs, terrible founders, no review or feedback is taken from the core team only. You just have to do whatever they say. Even if there is a family emergency then also you’ll be denied a holiday. To summarise they want you to be a Slave and that is how they will treat you.

The salary hike is good because they hire you on a low salary, not a competitive salary.

Dislikes

Toxic Culture. There is no growth for the deserving ones. A strict no-leave policy is allowed. Promotions in Tajinder Malhotra's team are often given to favorites instead of those who deserve them. There is a lot of favoritism and office politics. Tajinder has a strong, controlling leadership style. He listens mainly to his favorite senior staff, ignoring the juniors.

They expect us to sit long long hours . My work-life balance is distributed during my job. Even though we work very hard they only promote their favourites. They micro manage their team no culture here. You will see death like environment there when you visit first time. Nobody take breaks nobody can even laugh for 5 minutes.
