Company provides salary on time and there is no pressure from the seniors/TL/manager's end to get tasks completed within certain time.

Dislikes

10 hours of night shift Monday to Friday as this is US based job. No professionalism and very toxic environment in the company. Increment is too less and there is no promotion of position. HR policies are pathetic regarding leaves, holidays, etc. TL, managers don't care about their employees as they don't grant them leaves when required and they try to force them to come to work. Company basically tries to deduct money from salary as many ways possible. No growth in work as we don't learn anything special or useful. No skills and experience can be gained from the work role. Company has poor hygiene especially the floors, toilets, canteen area and parking area. Employees working in the company have least experience and skills most of them are 10 or 12 pass people. Spoken english and written english not required. IT department is the worst whenever any issue arises it takes lot of time to get resolved and sometimes they don't even resolve it and we have no other option but to work with issue. Company's all the staff members have no sense of talking and their behaviour is very rude. Company is outdated when it comes to software versions in systems, OS versions, system specifications, paper work is more involved for all processes. No email system or verbal approval everything has to be done in written and signed by manager for approval. Mobiles phones are not allowed on the floors due to data security reasons which is absolutely nonsense as there is nothing to steal. Canteen service is poor and there is no variety in foods. Sometimes even the caterers are not there. Quality of food is bad. We get just 5-6 company holidays in a year. Indian holidays are all working days and it's compulsory to work in those days. Highly recommended to not to join this company.

That they pay the salary on time

Dislikes

There are many things that are not good at all. They were forcing us to do overtime and putting us under pressure. There is no work culture and the people are unprofessional. The salary increment was very disappointing. I had a bad experience there, so please don't suggest anyone to go there.

Work culture is fine.. But regarding company policies they terminate there employees in any Pandemic situation..😷

Dislikes

Office beacon doesn't have food facilities, they doesn't have good place to eat. They not increment the salary of employees.. Even they didn't helpful in corona panadamic.. They didn't pay salary in corona Lockdown.
