That for learners it is an open book. One can learn as much as they want.

Dislikes

One is expected to do anything irrespective of their KRA and expertise. The paperwork is totally unorganized No job security No work life balance as the only leaves are Saturdays with no festival holidays or comp offs Salary does not come on time- every month.
