No appraisals - hire and fire management. Absolute no salary hike and no promotions even working for 6 years. " Especially IT INFRASTRUCTURE Management is pathetic where the VP Infrastructure and all directors of Infrastructure DEPARTMENT are PAST CRIMINALS from HSBC and VODAFONE ( as per HR reports of HSBC and VODAFONE)....but what to say....its corporate

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, even the colleagues comes from different backgrounds which brings a proper collaboration between us, company also tries to keep employees happy and a healthy relationship is maintained.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow , somtimes need to extend office hours

...onology team executed many projects which presented many learning opportunities. The pay was always great including pickup from home and drop back home. In the Covid times, we employed a complete work from home policy and utmost care was taken to ensure no employee is required to come to office and risk themself We had an active CSR group, and worked with NGO's for the benefit of the underpriveledged. We also had a sports committee and had sporting and fitness events almost every month. What more could we ask for.

Dislikes

We constantly acquired other companies and that was our primary growth model. This impacted the growth of some employees and there were many changes to made to the direction we are headed in.

...as QA process was good but when moved to another process it was not at all good. Salary was good.

Appraisal cycle shifted to July instead of April. Work environment was not good no job security, transportation was not good, no scope to learn new things other than core job , no open door policy which impact lot, no growth opportunities, shift time pathetic, quality team pathetic which impact your monthly and annual rating,
