This company has Lala culture, not great for growth in career. They will not give you appraisal and make very lame excuses for it, they will not even give full bonus amount. There is a rule there that there will be always 40 percent deduction from the bonus amount that you were told you will get. Other than that few managers here promote buttering.

Upper management. Work life balance. Little to none work pressure. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

No growth. Salary issues never on time. Poor HR team. Stuck at the same position at the same project. No learning opportunities. Dead end of a job.

Everything...there's a reason that it's been 20+ yes and they are still a startup...the hr doesn't even know to talk to some1 properly. She thinks all are her Servants. She is meant by a dementor named Reshma , calls herself head hr...the only thing head In her is missing ...the one guy in Canada thinks himself as expert but aptly proves the proverb jack of all trades Master of none. He and along with a guy who works as v.p is the reason why people in the team are switching the job without a thought. The ceo is name sake ceo, a stain on the name of ceo. Don't even have the guts to talk to senior management regarding the atrocities going on. He knows about it too but still will do nothing. And that's the reason 20yrs on still a unknown startup

Absolute pathetic work life balance, uses ancient tech stack of erlang php, almost no leaves, no work from home ever, not even assigned laptops to finish tasks apart from office, toxic hr and work culture
