At sponsor level, the thought process of OCS is great. As an organization, company is very ethical and value people and process.

Dislikes

The top management currently lacks a clear vision and effective decision-making processes. There is an absence of structured processes, coupled with excessive bureaucracy. Management tends to favor sycophantic individuals, while deserving candidates are often overlooked. The appraisal system is inadequate, and job responsibilities are not clearly defined. Additionally, frequent changes at the senior leadership level lead to conflicts and contribute to a lack of stability within the organizational framework.

It's a great place to work, nice environment and good work culture, g8 for career growth

Dislikes

Working on rig is always challenging and very hard, because of heavy work load it's sometime difficult to manage the offtime or less offdays

OCS in covid 19 times supporting employee in best possible ways without benefit cuts or any other measures which may be detrimental to employee. It is good company for employees.

Dislikes

Company must negotiate better with clients to gain reputation of diversified O&M company with strong balance sheet.
