Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

It was all fine before pandemic but after covid-19 arrived in our lives I am not being paid since mid March 2019. Till now I am not being paid. Company is drowing I guess. I purely want to get a more professional company.

I experienced that It could have been more professional. There should have been proper rules and regulations followed by the team but that was missing.No perks at all. No paid leaves. Nothing.
