They should provide additional benefits with Fixed pay salary. We should get variable pay, health insurance, EPF, gratuity, paid casual leaves & sick leaves.

I think every organization have team member who shows up a bad impression of an organization I meet with some of them here in, but saw management has took decision as well on them.

Good Place to work, If any one want's to learn some new technology... company appreciate it... and provide a every possible help ( like provide study material and time as well). all the team member's are very supportive and hard working. If you have any issue you can directly connect with higher level people, and they patiently listen your issue's and try to resolve most of them. Company have very Good client's and Projects, so much to learn. If you given you best... Company appreciate your Hard work.

Seems most of the things control by some other member of team. and they don't know how to treat people. and it make's work environment stressful and difficult.
