TBH the one and only thing that I like about working in Nukkadwala is that your salary will always be credited in your account in time. And if there happened to any holiday e.i Sunday , any fest or so then you'll get your full salary before the supposed date.

Dislikes

That there is not proper shift timing and working. While I was working in Nukkadwala there were days when I had to work for than 12 hour. And not just one or twice.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
