Salary never on time Variable amount they don’t pay or pay very less. Only 2 Saturday off If you are in main office then main gate is closed during office hour. You can’t go out.

1. You have to be in office before 9am but can't go before 7:30 pm 2. Salary will be provided from 15 to 25 of next month 3. 6 days a week work 4. Canteen lock will be open at 1pm and close at 1:30 sharpe. 5 you r not allowed to take any tea break. 6 u can't go out for tea or break untill 6pm. 7 best example of lala company For rest I will say..... melody khaao khud jaan jaao....... Kuch din to gujaro gujrat me....faat ke aa jaegi hath me....

Not at all a professional company..No decision by Employee..Use and throw kind of policy..Project Manager and above situation is worse..employee does not stay more than six seven month...Add on to it is politics by old employee..

Toxic Environment, Restricted culture, no focus on employee growth, relation is only through salary and work..
