Salary never on time Variable amount they don’t pay or pay very less. Only 2 Saturday off If you are in main office then main gate is closed during office hour. You can’t go out.

Not at all a professional company..No decision by Employee..Use and throw kind of policy..Project Manager and above situation is worse..employee does not stay more than six seven month...Add on to it is politics by old employee..

Toxic Environment, Restricted culture, no focus on employee growth, relation is only through salary and work..

Ha ha ha.....I saw hell without dying.....never seen such stange and inhuman police ever in my life,if enter the office then u not allowed to go out untill shift off in evening.They use to lock the doors.......stange na.....the door will open around 1pm lunch and it will be closed in 1:30....u have to complete the lunch and be on your seat in half hour....there is no tea break......only lunch.....u can't go out for tea or any thing it's sticky prohibited....office timing is on papers only...you have to stay till 8 or 9....what ever time you login in morning....ear phone,using mobile phone is not allowed......be berojgar but yaha na ana bhai....ghorde lag jaaenge....
