No payment on time, No variable pay being made to employee even it is promised. Ask employee to leave without any complain, misbehaviour. Even people perform well and gets appreciation are asked to immediate leave.

The company is achiving target year by year... Company will be on top in EPC sector because the management is very strong here. Over all Nuberg having good working culture.

The work pressure is very high.. But I am getting salary as I desire. I want work more but I have some expectation from company

Nuberg is good for learning and skill development if you are a fresher.

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

I am learning a lot. Learning how to work with different teams with coordination in challengeing situations. Dealing with customer and vendors both. Management support is good.

Dislikes

You have to be a self learner with less support. Salary is a bit less than your responsibilities. Work life balance is missing.

One of worst company to work. There is no timing of salary .Management everytime blame hard working employees to hide their fault . They will give only a fraction of variable salary part related to performance in CTC. There is no work life balance.No timing of salary , expect to get previous month salary at mid or end of next month .So look for this company only you donot have any option.
