Work culture is almost well. Good atmosphere, security is totally irritated too much rules & regulations employees were irritated sometimes. overall experience was good. They not give good salary according to work, but skills are growing, there were no increment in salary, teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of rules for signatures & punching issue, Salary is less not increased by time but career growth is well. Canteen is not maintain properly, No food available.

Worst management i can see ever, don't join this company, work environment is very bad , manager of QC is illiterate, not having sense to how to talk with co workers, no company policies, no job security they can fire u without any reason at any point, Terrible inter department politics
