Nothing to like, policies are changed as per the convenience of management. Unit head is worst person to work under. He don't even listen the concern of the staff. Instead of targeting growth of training program staff is being torchered.

Dislikes

...to targate staff and any individual person. Also having 1 year probation period. They even don't allow to take leaves and cut your salary.

Likes

Workspace given to the individual employees, working hours are comfortable, giving a platform to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Slow growth, salary hikes are less, very less extra benefits given to the employees, no separate medical leaves.

Likes

Good Salary,on time normally on 01st working day of the month.

Dislikes

Real issues are over looked by senior managers instead supporting their own employees, the priority is given to the client Instant satisfaction by even replacing their own good performing employees. It's due to save contractual business so new employee must care client satisfaction or must be ready to switch over.

Likes

...trained staff. Management encourages the staff to undergo further training. Trainees have been provided with well disciplined culture,motivation and placements in well established firms with good initial salary .

Dislikes

Senior managements need to inform the exact reason to the staff in case he/she to be asked to resign. Need to inform the concerned staff ,the management's intention well in advance.

...the role of a trainer as I am very much passionate with the teaching profession. NTTF offers me a better salary and other benefits compared to any other technical organizations.

Dislikes

I feel my organization is not placing me for a better ( Next level) promotional position while considering my working duration in NTTF and previous work experience.
