It's due to save contractual business so new employee must care client satisfaction or must be ready to switch over.

...trained staff. Management encourages the staff to undergo further training. Trainees have been provided with well disciplined culture,motivation and placements in well established firms with good initial salary .

Senior managements need to inform the exact reason to the staff in case he/she to be asked to resign. Need to inform the concerned staff ,the management's intention well in advance.
