NTT data is a good company to work for me and next generation. shift time format working is good for me. 10 hours working from Monday to Friday and Saturday, Sunday week of is best.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

no hike for people who worked for more than 5 years. dress code format should be avoided.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. there is no career growth and Salary hike. They have the worst promotion policy. Example: if you got a promotion or next level, you will get a designation change but Salary change. next year only you got the hike for the promotion.

Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.
