Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

They don't have good number of projects. Job security is not at all there. Most of the projects are outsourcing only.
