There is nothing to like here.

Dislikes

No Bonus, hike they do like 4% 5% in this domain. NTT is not a good company for service support projects. Not sure about other domains. No skill developed so far in last 3 years. 10 yrs we work as per roster but bill / paid for only 8 hours.

It was a stressful time at Ntt Data with client expectations being irrational. Difficult to work with managers as they are non-technical. Compensation for work done is not good

...to explore yourself. My manager is awesome 👍 all teammates are very helpful. Extra benefits are there like shift allowance , holidays allowance and yearly one time bonus.

  • Job security - Good

Dislikes

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.
