Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Dislikes

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

...the company with the highest offer in hand or else you will not get hikes. You will work for 10 years in the company with the same salary. No job tension. That’s pretty much about NTT DATA.

No proper appraisals. No innovation.

Learning and work environment is pretty good. However it varies from project to project. If you are lucky, you can work a project where you can learn a lot. Work life balance was mostly good. Management is reachable for concerns and generally provide an update to employees

I Joined as Fresher In Ntt Data...I had great team with no politics and good manager....Your job is secure in NTT ,but never join as fresher..Please join in small companies..so that you can learn more... You can balance your work and professional life. Work Environment is great

Only issue..is Salary and very poor Apprasial cycle... There will be growth and onsite....but need to wait very long..with low salary..

Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. Meanwhile, those who do not work honestly may receive promotions due to favoritism.
