Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location

No Bonus, hike they do like 4% 5% in this domain. NTT is not a good company for service support projects. Not sure about other domains. No skill developed so far in last 3 years. 10 yrs we work as per roster but bill / paid for only 8 hours.

...to explore yourself. My manager is awesome 👍 all teammates are very helpful. Extra benefits are there like shift allowance , holidays allowance and yearly one time bonus.

Management is worst especially at client side NSE deep internal politics of u refer the best candidate they reject and by chance if selected they don't give reference amount they dont give good hike they forcefully irritate the employee and force them to live and TL , manager ,hr chose there candidates for reference

Appraisal, Promotion, Politics in Working Environment, Not even a single entertainment, Even cab is also paid, Not good for freshers, Not good for learning anything new, Not good for internal job change
