Dislikes

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

Worked 2 years in this company. Forget about hike and all. Doesn't matter how good you have performed but your salary will be same because it's company policy. Work load is like anything but no skills and career growth.

...ood salary hike even you got higher ratings. Poor hike during promotion as well. Salary compensation system is poor than other software mnc's. Company will never encourage the employee in terms of salary compensations.

Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

Dislikes

...the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. Meanwhile, those who do not work honestly may receive promotions due to favoritism.
