They give you salary on time

They are not going to give you any leaves, also you have to work on company listed holidays. There is only one shift . Night shift. They will say you have to work 9 hours but you have to work more than it.

Job security is fine as there were many ramp down and they’ve secured the employees.

Dislikes

Work culture is bad. No proper appraisal or promotions. Salary is very low and benefits are terrible. Health insurance is very bad and low, for parents you’ve to pay separately.

Each person (colleagues, Tl's, Managers) in the office are very supportive and encouraging. It is good platform for Freshers to learn on basics and become perfect in the work.

I did not like the salary structure and benefits. No proper promotions and appraisals given for experienced employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. there is no career growth and Salary hike. They have the worst promotion policy. Example: if you got a promotion or next level, you will get a designation change but Salary change. next year only you got the hike for the promotion.

It is a good company they give ot for Saturday working and three months one time incentive and yearly once statutory bonus team mates are very supportive and I am really missing the company

Salary hike is low
