...sts and promote these cost cutting strategy to gain revenue for new acquisition. Reducing the salary day by day and shifting appraisal up to height; more over to a year. Terrible Management who plays politics. No carrier motivation guidance.

...people are good. company should higher new potential employee in Top Management. The only thing you find in NTT is job Security and they provide salary on time without any increment for years and Years.

Poor in Growth and development aspect. Salary is not decent according to the pressure of work. And on the job training is not up to the mark as new joiners face a lot of struggle in their initial days.

Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location
