Dislikes

No Bonus, hike they do like 4% 5% in this domain. NTT is not a good company for service support projects. Not sure about other domains. No skill developed so far in last 3 years. 10 yrs we work as per roster but bill / paid for only 8 hours.

...to explore yourself. My manager is awesome 👍 all teammates are very helpful. Extra benefits are there like shift allowance , holidays allowance and yearly one time bonus.

Everything are good no point to dislike.

...roject have requirements for next level then, no doubt you will be get promoted. If you're working under a good manager, you can have surprise on your bonus.

...you have a plan to change your domain with in the company... Little difficult. Compansation bonus depends on your performance. Dont expect 50%.

We get salary on time. Night shift allowances are little better than previous organisations. We get double pay on national holidays.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal. Salary is still same after completing 1 year. 18 months is long time to be eligible for IJP. No overtime bonus.

Good salary, Good Environment to work, Good Culture, Good Work Life balance till in WFH

Dislikes

Appraisal, Promotion, Politics in Working Environment, Not even a single entertainment, Even cab is also paid, Not good for freshers, Not good for learning anything new, Not good for internal job change
