If anyone wants to destroy own Carrier then welcome in nteck. No job security, no personal life, everything is horrible.

...hom you will talk. even you can't look around or talk with anyone while working. Regarding salary & leave policy - I didn't Get the full salary in any month. if you take one day leave then your salary will be detected. regarding work life balance, there is no life after joining this company. after entered the company there is no surety to leave on time. 13-14 hrs is normal working here. if you leave before 7 pm then you will be in management hit list & thrown out. 2 good person fire from here for same reason. every deserving employee is counting his days that when his count will come. every one is searching for job. During my notice period, management make feels me like a criminal. I strongly advised not join this company. some of my colleagues were very helpful, only because of them i could survive this sort time. if is there any option i found below the 1 ⭐ then i will give in negative.

Everything is fine on time salary every month , On time increment, two time shutdown in a year so we are get 15 days extra holiday in a year, if we are required suddenly money then company give advance salary all team is very co operative and supportive

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
