...ies established. No benefits like shift allowance, leave encashment or Gratuity. Salary hike is purely based on negotiation/demand. Insurance is also provided only after 6 months from joining.

Great company to work with with lots of opportunity, and if you perform well you will be treated as a King / Queen.

Work pressure... but somehow i feel its needed to get 100% of your employees capabilities.

Nothing is good it is not nice not proposing any one

everything is worst first the ,management they never praise the effort of the recruiter and they use to say that they will give incentive but never gives that

Work life balance with work timings, specifically the client, there were some issues in between but still not a bad experience

Just the phase where the work wasn’t balanced, and had to overwork a couple of days

No Job securities are any time they will terminate you without any notice like me so please if you going to work yeah so please keep anything on back up.They will terminate you any time they want without notice without warning.
