No growth or guidance..no clarity on what is expected..I did not even have appraisal discussion for 2.5 years I spent there and even when I resigned nobody bothered to even ping once..overall u feel left out from management side and are mostly non approachable

The appraisal process appears to be a akin to a scam within this environment. 4. Utilization of low code/No Code technology stack implies that career progression may be hindered by its limitations
