No growth or guidance..no clarity on what is expected..I did not even have appraisal discussion for 2.5 years I spent there and even when I resigned nobody bothered to even ping once..overall u feel left out from management side and are mostly non approachable

1. Promises of a substantial package are made, yet the actual amount received is disappointingly low. 2. An ideal workplace would be devoid of any favoritism or bias among individuals. 3. The appraisal process appears to be a akin to a scam within this environment. 4. Utilization of low code/No Code technology stack implies that career progression may be hindered by its limitations
