The Best part about Novex & there management was they can make full of any one easily. Good at Not keeping their word, they never stop there employees while leaving the organization.

Please it's an genuine request don't work with Novex Communications. From last 18 months they have not provided full salary. After covid impact company is just about to close down. The only reason I worked this long time that they promised to pay my deducted amount when company will settle down but now it's about to shut down.

Advance reimbursements.. depending on manager. If he allows then okay, else have to pay from your own pockets and that too no sure when will it gets reimbursed.

The best thing about this company that it gives you free hand to work for the system development and to grow. Here everyone has direct access to MD or owner.. You can share your any thoughts and ideas directly to them. And it gives you the best opportunity to grow and learn. Special thanks to support at the Covid to provide the salaries at proper time and the food and ration you provided to everyone every month..

Nothing as such.. If you do your work properly then there is not a issue anywhere everywhere..

There's no corporate culture and ethics, no job security only corporate politics. No reward for achievement no incentive it's only on paper.
