... Management has a open door policy, which helps in zero office politics culture. Company awarded increments in pandemic and ensured salary was paid on time. Factory employees were paid 50% extra pay, as a Recognition of hardship faced while traveling to work under lockdown restrictions.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my entire career. MD Mr Sandeep kharkhani and Hr head Ms Sandhya Shetty are the worst leadership skills. Because of false commitments I lost my previous employment. Worst work timings. Ms Sandhya creating problems between employees and MD. Even I was hired by them and immediately I was left because of their wrong commitments. And they were not paid also. Females are not secure at all.
