One thing I want to appreciate in my department is Team leaders and their knowns will be given full rights to test the patience of new comers, that much they will give freedom and rights.

Though high level management seems to change many things for employees and company growth, still there is a lack. We cannot blame the high level management for everything but if they concentrate in the below mentioned issues, really Nova Techset is the place to settle. As I am working as senior copy editor, I won't say work pressure as an issue but there is an environment where an editor cannot concentrate in the work (it may be technical or language editing). One thing I want to say is if anyone work here for more than 2+ years then he/she will be given full rights to hurt their colleagues and also the management people.

Ah, the bitter sip in the otherwise delightful coffee cup. While Nova Techset has many perks, the salary and promotion policies do leave a bit to be desired.

3rd or 4th week will get salary, if you work 14 hrs also managers will not get satisfy, Dhanunjaya is not fit for management position, if you not reach target or there is no work employee should apply leave or Saturday and Sunday they should work

The company has an overall good environment, skills are recognized, less politics. Flexible policies regarding working time was in place, giving employees good work life balance. Continuous improvement of technology is in place. Work is quite hectic most of the time in several teams.
