Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Because of poor management policies from the top there is no vission in the future. Employees are given false assurances. There is lot of favouritism poor transparency very little growth opportunities mass lay offs every 2-3 yrs. Establised medicine division is closed, metabolics in bad shape, no vission for cardiology business when it is going offpatent in 2023, optha is far below expectations. Salary increase for last 3 years was zero else it ranges between 4 to 7% which is far below the inflation. Lot of restrictions with no dynamic promotional policies. Skill and product training remains at the last bench. Compliance dept strength is thrice of training. Over all neither it is parient friendly nor employee friendly company. Like all mnc they are only focusing on high profit business like zolzensma or peginex while mass maket patient products are being shalved or sold off.

Dislikes

Favourite employees get less targets more devlopmental and growth opportunities. A favourite employee in gujrat got 1% hike in targets to make him easyly perform. Same time same bu another employee in chattisgarh got 20% growth targets in massmarket 30 yrs old generic brands It was a good company to work with till the time Anil Matai was the ceo later on it deteriorated sharply. While favouritism is rampant
