New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.Job security for the career. It is a good opportunity to survive in this world

...l during the Pandemic. They stand by the crew and took great care while onboard. As well every crew members are happy with their jobs as well with the salary accordingly.

The only thing I can mention is that promotion should prefer to the present capable company crew as compared to freshly hired crew .This will boost the Morales of junior crew members.
