They don't offer full-time employment on roll. They hire you as a consultant which they reveal after selecting you. These is no official contract with Northwest Executive Education but some third company. So officially you will neither be an employee nor be a consultant of this company. Same happens with the products you will sell, officially you are not authorised to do so as you are not a part of Northwest which is a kind of reseller of different foreign universities. No wonder they have no policies for you as you're not employee, whatever they decide is the policy. Bit recommended at all. Typical owner mindset of management.

Dislikes

No transparency, typical owner mindset, no rights of employees as you are officially a consultant. Zero employee benefits.
