To be honest, I have work 2 months at nedfi and with pleasure I'm saying that I didn't find anything wrong or anything dislikes about nedfi

Likes

I've expereinced and learn a lot after started working in this organisation. The staff i'm working with are so good, we work as a team and do learn a lot of thing from them too. Most of all i'm happy and lucky to work here and im seekin to work for more and learn more.

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike is the working hour, since im font at sports and like to play in the evening but i hardly play now as the working deadline is 5:30pm.

Likes

This allows me to work for my own people of North East. I was associated from the birth of the organization and today it is the premier financial and developmental institution of North East India. It has a huge brand equity in NER.

Dislikes

Well of late a group of people have captured the top echelon of Leadership. Lot of talent has left the organization due to a coterie. Mr S K Baruah, ED is a big time sycophant who has been able to corner most career benefits. Also a group of ST employees from the Hilly states have formed a powerful group around our CMD Mr B P Muktieh, who himself is a ST beneficiary. This lobby needs to be broken.
