Lots of politics, Poor growth as you would be doing same work over and over again, still it wouldn’t be enough. People would be nice with you but backstab you. Zero Job security.

People are good as most of them are freshers or intern

There is no work life balance, they expect you to work till late as founders themselves work late. There is favourism and politics, people are good on your face and you won't know when they back bite you. They call themselves as startup even after 6 year and they never get funds.

Likes

Learning opportunities are great. Few Team-mates are so talented. Company is trying to enable creators to earn, that good. Work satisfaction is good. You can expect a work-life balance.

Dislikes

Worst management. All good reviews are fake. The Founding team has an old mindset of people, They inspire to share ideas, but they never implement them, as a fresher, In front of you they are good, but they always try to pull your leg. Company has been labeled as a startup since the beginning, Now they are 7-8 years in the market, and not able to take good funding, Because of its founding team, They are not visionary, They try to focus on multiple things at once, get nothing, CEO will tell you lots of stories of failure but not focus on key things to fix them. Sometimes they also micro-manage, Company has lots of nepotism and favorism issues, because two founder's brothers are working there. I have not experienced the appraisal, but I have not heard good things about this. If you just want to learn things you can join for a few months, not more than 3, else you will regret at office every second.
