Salary has never been on time...every year they skip the salaries of months may and June, and give the may salary in July and June's salary in August

Working in this institute is really a nice experience. Faculties are cooperative and always learning. Work culture is great. There are opportunities given in which you can grow your career. The institute is adopting for new courses for students in the technology field which is really great for us as faculties we will also learn and practice something new. In this pandemic, our institute is open now and they are approving Leave Without Pay for those who couldn't come.

Dislikes

Compensation is average in the institute. Also hike in the salary is less. Sometimes we have to complete some tasks immediately which were not told in advance whether the task take more time than your working time. Work-life balance is average.

Salary is regular. Work life balance is good. No extra timing work. Job security is good.

Low salaries No growth and promotions. Faculty is rated not on educational qualification but on closeness to management

Nothing is good in this college specially in Pharmacy department

Worst college to work , unprofessional... Worked as Asst. Professor in NIET pharmacy.... they even don't know how to talk with faculty .... They hired their own students in their department so there is no place for out sider ,,, in simple words nepotism is there .

The role of an assistant professor is very challenging yet it gives you a sense of satisfaction when you know that it’s your goal.

Without any prior notice, they’ll suddenly burden you with the subjects that you were not hired for initially.
