US Recruiter team Newly appointed 2022 (Team lead or Manager )we not have clear clarity Worst exp I got him. He will not see work. He will expect something. He will not support to employees. He will talk bad on others back of another employee. He use to bring previous company employees. He will support to them. We will make daily submissions. He says something and he will reject. TL or Manager his job is very cool. No work he will chit chat in phone he will Rome outside office. He is cunning fellow. He talk with employees good and complaint back side about employees to vice president. Very badly. He didn’t do submissions and he have 10+ exp. 80% employees hates him. Sit and Go. 👌 HR : She don’t have basic rules how to follow. She doesn’t know what’s going on floor. He will take decisions listing on others. She didn’t give notice also to remove employee. She never ask how is work. Any pressure about work. I think less exp in HR.
