Working at NHPL for the past 4 years has been an enriching experience. I appreciate the supportive work culture and the collaborative team environment. Salary is too less as compared to designation. Too much dirty politics. If everything is good then management congratulate Only upper management & Something happens wrong then blames supervisors, officers.

Politics spoil the company culture specially at higher management. HR is completely dummy, engaged in only joining formalities. We called it as lala company.
