The company does a lot of practicals with the running product which The sales of the product automatically degrowth due to which all the hard work done on that product becomes useless.

Salary is too less as compared to designation. Too much dirty politics. If everything is good then management congratulate Only upper management & Something happens wrong then blames supervisors, officers.

Job is secure,no job loss and salary deduction due to on covid, company is taking very care on policies to employees benfits and safety,work culture is aswome, management is very food.overall excellent work environment.

Politics spoil the company culture specially at higher management. HR is completely dummy, engaged in only joining formalities. We called it as lala company.
