Basically it's a startup based campany with 25 to 30 employees and its a base to explore our skills and then implement them. So because of less number of employees self work is the key point here. By doing self work we could gain more knowledge ourselves and for each project we should be able to create the design document. It is the place where we can work on different platforms like (Linux, Embedded C, Embedded Linux etc).
