Worst experience ever...they misleads fresher in the nam of unit manager post and after clearing interview you get to know that's its nothing but a pamphlet distribution job with just fancy name and HR will brain wash fresher to join for this role he don't even know much about any thing only depends upon his team to do work..I am talking about kolkata branch (Esplanade)

The worst company I had ever seen was when they first took an interview my interview was going well all rounds were clear after they found the candidate from the reference then they rejected my application even though all my rounds are clear. Don't join this organization they are doing politics.

Don't join the company they are doing politics and only hire they own native people.

I had worked in this organization near about 9 years. I am really satisfied with the company policy & work culture. A steady growth is there & always give the opportunity to upgrade yourself.

NJ india invest is good company especially who want learn and career stability. It depends branch to branch what type of your branch manager is

There is nothing wrong in NJ india but there is slight pressure on performance.

Nothing lots of work pressure on unit managers and top and middle level do nothing just taking review of unit manager monthly sales and blaming that unit manager for less monthly sales. Job security is also terrible if your sales target goes down for 9 month you will be terminated. Work life balance is sucks single unit manager has to handle almost 100 advisors so work load is high even i have to work after office closed and also in Sundays have to work under the pressure of branch manager. Salary is almost 20k now the incentive scheme has been ended by the NJ so you have to work in minimum salary. If you don't have any other options then only join NJ otherwise don't dare to Join NJ your life will be ruin here.

Managers are annoying even they asked you to work on weekends. And if there is HNI client so they even call you at late night to open their demat account and pressured you for doing more sales...
