Amazing place to update skills. You always get to learn new things. The company culture is great! Everybody cares about everybody, and this is mostly promoted.

Dislikes

WLB is awful most of the times. Often time extending to 16-17 hour shifts because the sales team didn't know how technology and development works. Sales team is never held responsible for their mistakes. Often times taking up projects that take significant time, for a very short deadline. Salaries are pathetic, no other word to describe it.

Good place to work for locals. And for ones who have no career aspirations.

Dislikes

Mostly all Senior Management positions are occupied by same family. Infy employees jump here for better ctc. Not a great place to work.
