On a positive side - My team leads and manager have been very approachable and supportive, which enhance my overall experience good.

I would like to address some concerns regarding Nissan Renault Financial. First, there appears to be a lack of promotional opportunities, particularly within the customer support department. Many talented professional posses the skills and potential to significantly enhance our service team, yet their contributions often go unrecognized. Additionally, the workplace environment has been quite challenging due to prevalent gossip and office politics. This toxicity creates a stressful atmosphere that hinders productivity and overall job satisfaction.

Toxic culture it is only because toxic manager, micromanagement is there and you won't get work life balance over here. No doubt you will get a good package over here but with that you will get a plenty of work, you will do a job of at least 3 persons in other organisation

These people give terrible service to customers, I applied for NOC letter 10 months back after depositing all balance money, I have written 15-20 mails to them, 10-12 calls, no progress no responsibility, just open some tickets never close the ticket, i don't know for what they hired people, nobody is there to look into matter

We can't balance our work and normal life equaly because they will force us to work even if we our health condition is not gud and manager Daniel is a very torturing person ..he uses local abusive words to the employers and he forces us to leave the job. He won't behave like a manager ..
