Overall company is very good for teammates, training, salary appraisal.

Dislikes

We had team of three internal auditor appointed for pan India salary v/s billing & expenses audit and report to third audit and CFO of the company. but no systematic job profile of work is set by the management due to this my one colleague left the job without notice period and whole work burden come on our shoulder and management is no bother about this no action will be taken no new appointment and again if any mistake happen it will directly report to chairman no herarky.

A good organisation for work in service industry. ..there are multiple aspects of goodness along with my some drawbacks also, overall good company with good driving forces, I have worked for 05 years for nisa and found satisfactory on multi lavel. Thanks

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. HR policies very poor.Salary is not provided to its employees on time and neither their PF is deposited nor F&F gets.

Not at all as there is always a salary delay of 2 month.i never got the salary on time even today also havant recived a salary of november month.there is no bonus since last three years.no dress no shoes.company never send bill on time.as a middle class person i m facing lots of difficulties because there no salary on time and no bonus since last three years

...s working hard day and night not only normal condition but also in covid19 time. So I request u please give salary to those are not feeling well and not able to come office at that time.

...giving 21 paid leaves in a year, and every employees is having rights to get it. Because every employees is not only security guards but also the human even he has right to get it paid, and if he is not taking the leave whole yrs, then he should get the 21 days salary end of the year.
